"Dietifricio", losing weight by brushing your teeth

dentifricioLosing weight simply by brushing your teeth is possible, so claims the inventor of the "dietifricio", a toothpaste that takes away your appetite.

He is a well-known Milanese dentist, and the idea behind the dietifricio is that while sweet tastes induce a sense of appetite, bitter ones reduce it.
The dietifricio has a bitterish flavour that eases the craving for food and which would seem to work excellently.

The Dietifricio contains almost entirely natural elements such as sage and aloe, other medicinal herbs and minerals, all united by a markedly bitter flavour.

The inventor states that by using the dietifricio after breakfast, thanks to the bitter taste one holds off the onset of appetite in mid-morning, when many people have a snack of sugar- and fat-based treats, which are very harmful.

«For the other meals, I recommend going to brush your teeth when you have already eaten a little and want to stop. It takes only a short time for the bitter taste to produce the effect of taking away your appetite. A psychological effect also comes into play: I have brushed my teeth and I don't want to dirty them again».

The inventors do not promise miracles, but speak of an advantage in terms of weight loss estimated at around 1/1.5kg a week.
